Terms & Conditions for Flexi Desk
* Tenants are permitted to use their dedicated desk space for 100 hours per year.
* The tenant must make the payment before the rental contract is signed.
* Desk Space will be available from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday only.
* The property is provided for commercial use only for the purpose as stated in the tenant’s trade license. The property must be used for the purpose indicated in this Agreement and not to be used for any immoral purposed or to operate and conduct any business which is illegal or without license.
* The Business Center reserves the right to collect 5% VAT of the contract value another applicable tax fees.
* If the tenant wants to access to the meeting room, Prior booking is required.
* If the tenant fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the Business Center reserves the right to terminate the contract without reimbursement.
* If the tenant wished to terminate the contract, he will have to change the location on the trade license and provide us with the copy of the license for EJARI Cancellation.
* The tenant will ensure that property handed over by the Business Center is in good condition. The Business Center has the right to charge the cost of any damages to the property.
* If Tenant requires a P.R.O Services they have to pay according to the Services.
* Extra Services / office boy – if tenant need the extra services, the business center will provide with extra charges.
* The Business Center is not liable for any damage arising from accident occurring while using the property facilities.
* If the Tenant wishes to cancel the contract before the contract end, there will be no refund and the location in the license must be updated
* The Tenant should pay all fees and charges whether required by federal or local government and Dubai Economical Department related to the license activity.
* Business Center will not be responsible for your personal belongings.
* The Tenant has to comply with all the rules and regulations of the building and the Master Developer.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited. The Business Center has the right to cancel the contract once caught, all amount in the contract will be non-refundable.
